During the 2024–2025 recall effort and subsequent forum discussions, residents and community advocates alleged that the reserve funding figures presented in this newsletter materially conflicted with reserve study calculations and other financial disclosures associated with the HOA. Critics argued that the published 55.5% reserve figure created the appearance of substantially healthier reserve funding than reserve-study-based projections allegedly reflected at the time.
